Job Description

As a Concierge Team Member, you will be the friendly face of our centre and play a key role in creating memorable moments that leave a lasting impression.

You will be responsible for providing directions, information, and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience.

You will promote and sell Westfield Gift Cards and other services to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Available for shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays
