Marketing Assistant Professional for SAP in Sydney

SAP is a leading enterprise software company that helps organizations run at their best. As a Marketing Assistant Professional, you will be part of the ANZ Marketing Team and play a key role in assisting with marketing events, sponsorships, and campaigns.

About the Role

The Marketing Assistant Professional is responsible for:

  • Assisting with the organization and execution of marketing events, including issuing invitations, checking compliance, producing nametags, preparing collateral, shipping promotional materials, and setting up events.
  • Supporting marketing sponsorships, including issuing invitations, checking compliance, ticketing, and liaising with sales to finalize invite lists and attendance.
  • Setting up sponsorship and event templates.
  • Preparing event and sponsorship briefing documents and attending briefing calls.
  • Maintaining the Marketing storeroom and inventory.
  • Compiling and maintaining customer data.
  • Assisting with updating the lead routing matrix and disseminating it to the IMR team.
  • Supporting social media content creation.
  • Assisting with video production and editing.

Basic Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements:

  • Be currently enrolled in a tertiary institution, preferably studying Marketing.
  • Not have any ongoing full-time work experience.
  • Be able to commit to 12 months of internship duration.
  • Be able to commit to a minimum of 3 days/week and increase to 4 days during university breaks.
  • Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or a permanent resident.
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
