About the Opportunity

At REA Group, we're looking for talented graduates to join our Finance team as a Graduate Finance Professional. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on a range of projects from statutory reporting and management accounting to business partnering to elevate commercial acumen and financial accountability.
  • Learn best practice Internal Audit Methodology.
  • Perform Operational, Financial and IT audits across REA's business units.
  • Be part of executing and delivering the Sarbanes Oxley program.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about finance and have a strong desire to learn and grow with our team. You'll be a good fit if you have:

  • Deep analytical thinking skills to solve complex problems.
  • Innate curiosity and a love of learning.
  • Drive to do something that makes a difference.
  • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced and agile environment.
  • Recent completion of a bachelor's degree in commerce and/or accounting or a combined accounting & IT degree.
  • Keenness to pursue your CPA or CA qualification.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
