**Job Opportunity: Office Utility Position**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Utility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office space, including daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.

In addition to their cleaning responsibilities, the Office Utility will also be required to greet and assist customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in facility or office cleaning, knowledge of chemical handling procedures, and basic computer skills.

You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office space
  • Greet and assist customers, visitors, and employees
  • Conduct daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
  • Respond to ad-hoc cleaning requests in a timely manner

**Requirements:**
