Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled communications professional to join our team. This full-time, permanent position will be based at our Perth office, reporting to the global Marketing and Communications Manager.

You will collaborate closely with our leadership team to strengthen our reputation, enhance our market position, and cultivate a knowledgeable, skilled, and empowered team capable of successfully achieving our annual business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Internal communications
  • Create clear communications that foster an inclusive and engaged team.
  • Identify and support engagement opportunities that enhance our culture of belonging and sense of pride
  • Communicate project milestones to celebrate our successes
  • External Communications
  • Create compelling marketing materials that help our colleagues tell our story
  • Deliver targeted marketing campaigns that enhance brand recognition
  • Coordinate leadership participation and presence at external events

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in similar roles, ideally within the engineering and construction industry.

- Tertiary qualified in communications, writing, English major or similar discipline.

Necessary Skills:

- Strong technical knowledge and critical analytical skills including problem solving, decision making and interpretation skills

- Excellent written, literacy and verbal communication skills, the ability to extract and rephrase information to produce accurate, complete, and concise report documentation

- Demonstrated willingness to embrace new products, technologies, methods and systems

- Good interpersonal skills within a close team environment and an ability to communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues.
