Machine Learning Solutions Engineer

We are looking for a talented Machine Learning Solutions Engineer to join our team at EPG Payroll and HR Pty Ltd. As an Applied AI Engineer, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and design innovative AI solutions using our client's Process Intelligence platform.
Your key responsibilities will include pitching our client's AI solutions, prototyping AI solutions tailored to customer requirements, and collaborating with Product & Engineering teams to standardize and scale these solutions.
Job DescriptionThe daily duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Pitching our client's AI solutions to customers and aligning them with their AI strategy
- Prototyping and developing AI solutions customized to customer needs, employing both traditional machine learning and LLM-based solutions.
- Identifying and packaging scalable use cases across our client's platform, fostering innovation and expanding our offerings.
- Collaborating closely with Product & Engineering teams to drive future product development based on customer feedback.
- Training internal teams and assisting them in positioning and deploying AI solutions.
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is required for this role. You will also need proven experience in developing AI solutions for enterprises, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful use cases.
