Senior Healthcare Professional

As a Senior Healthcare Professional, you will be working at Storm Village in Taree as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing exceptional care to seniors in our residential aged care home.
This role offers an opportunity to empower and enable our consumers by delivering comprehensive person-centered care. You will work closely with registered nurses and other allied health professionals to make a meaningful difference to the lives of our consumers and their families.
You will be responsible for promoting our positive culture through interactions with residents, staff, and their families, while consistently delivering high-quality care to residents in our facilities.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in residential aged care, dementia care, and best practice behavior management, as well as leadership experience.
