Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to lead the management of projects and program workstreams for a significant business transformation initiative.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Program Director and be responsible for delivering a broad range of compliance deliverables, driving engagement and communication to build relationships and drive change. This role plays a key part in the PMO and is accountable for timely delivery of milestones and tracking risks, dependencies, and issues. The ideal candidate will utilize and support the improvement of key project documentation and stakeholder relationship management to ensure quality business outcomes and goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a wide array of compliance deliverables for a multi-year transformation program.
  • Take a hands-on approach to project management, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
  • Track risks, dependencies, actions, issues, and manage project documentation.
  • Engage and communicate with stakeholders to build relationships and drive complex and incremental change.
  • Support PMO processes and improve project documentation where needed to ensure quality outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with a successful track record in delivering projects within complex organizations, ideally large programs/projects.
  • Experience managing project timelines, risks, actions, issues, and other key project documentation.
  • Understanding of project/program management techniques and methods; experience with project management tools beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to plan ahead and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office with high-level Excel skills (MS Project preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative leadership, communication, influencing, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to solicit, interpret, and provide judgment for PMO deliverables and reports.
