Private Label Business Leader

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Private Label business, driving growth and innovation across various categories.

This is a key role that will lead the development of our private label program, overseeing buying, product development, quality assurance, sustainability, and artwork design. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building robust partnerships with suppliers and delivering competitive products.

The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, including intimate knowledge of category P&L drivers. They will also be well-versed in negotiation skills, able to build and maintain relationships with suppliers to drive mutual success.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 10+ years of commercial leadership experience, preferably in retail.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic roadmaps to enhance private label programs.
