We are seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Consultant to join our Sydney team at Flight Centre Business Travel (FCBT). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the travel programs for our corporate clients.

Salary: $85,000 per annum, with unlimited incentives

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced environment. As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you will be working closely with our customers to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Provide expert advice on travel management strategies and solutions
  • Ensure seamless execution of travel itineraries, including booking flights, hotels, and car rentals
  • Monitor and manage client budgets, ensuring cost savings and efficiency
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and partnerships
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in leisure travel consulting or corporate travel management
  • Strong GDS proficiency, with Sabre highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
