Key Responsibilities:

">
  1. ">
  2. Determine and recommend commercial property development strategy at a national and state level.">
  3. Maintain and expand existing and new relationships with development and funding partners to create and deliver social, affordable housing and build-to-rent schemes.">
  4. Drive feasibility, commercial planning, and development strategy.">
  5. Structure and negotiate PPP and JV agreements.">
  6. Assess and initiate new business opportunities and develop commercial solutions to strengthen property strategy, property development, and business planning.">
  7. Oversee the effective delivery of projects from investment, acquisition, concept, and feasibility to completion, managing multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.">
  8. Ensure delivery of the asset management strategy, including annual investment/disposal and renewal projects and lead the national asset investment program.">
  9. Inspire, lead, and mentor high-performing teams to deliver commercial outcomes while balancing community, sustainability, and impact-focused objectives.">

About the Role:

This is a key leadership role working closely with the CEO, Board, and Group Executive leadership team. The successful candidate will have experience in leading large-scale, sustainable apartment and housing projects and developing strategic partnerships.
