Job Description:

We are seeking talented economists to fill multiple APS6 and EL1 positions in Economics and Insights. As an Economist, you will lead or contribute to small teams delivering economic research and analysis to support complex policy and pricing decisions.

  • Conduct economic research and analysis to inform policy and pricing decisions.
  • Develop and implement analytical frameworks to monitor program impacts.
  • Design pilot studies to address information gaps and test innovative solutions.
  • Apply statistical and economic modelling using large datasets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, government departments, and academic experts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelors degree in economics, econometrics, or related field (APS6)
  • A postgraduate degree in economics, econometrics, or related field (EL1)
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to simplify complex economic data into clear insights for diverse audiences
