Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident individual to join our Sydney branch as a Driver - Medical. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all medical equipment repairs and ensuring timely delivery of services.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Patient Set-up and Education
  • Perform patient set-up and education as per Supagas facility manuals and policies.
Equipment Organisation and Maintenance
  • Organise set-up of the patient with the medical equipment as per prescription.
  • Provide an instruction program detailing the safe use and daily maintenance of the equipment and associated consumables.
Safety Requirements and Operating Instructions
  • Ensure that the patient and carer (if applicable) understand the safety requirements and operating instructions by guiding them through the patient documentation.
Maintenance and Refill of Medical Equipment
  • Ensure the tanker is pre-filled the day before with enough product to cover all daily deliveries.
Delivery and Service Provision
  • Deliver all orders and runs on the allocated daily run.
Requirements:
  1. Valid driver's license
  2. DG Licence
  3. Excellent customer service, including all communications, written and verbal skills.
  4. Basic computer skills.
  5. Prior experience in a medical setting desirable.
  6. Flexible work outlook. Changing hours regularly required.
