Store Operations Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day store operations, including customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, and health and safety policies.
- Leadership experience in retail or hospitality is essential
- A passion for driving career growth and motivating others
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail are vital
- Ability to adapt to change and work effectively as part of a team
Responsibilities include:
- Customer service and resolving customer complaints
- Team training and development, including coaching and mentoring
- Rostering and scheduling to meet business needs
- Stock management and maintaining inventory levels
- Implementing and adhering to health and safety policies and procedures
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Leadership experience in a retail or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
