About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive business growth and achieve company objectives. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, strategic thinking, and excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the lifecycle marketing plan for selected projects across all touchpoints, in coordination with the Marketing Manager, including implementation and control.
  • Manage agency relationships to maximise product opportunities, ensuring clear information flow and effective strategy implementation.
  • Work closely with the Content Marketing & PR teams to brief, develop, and execute campaign strategies, including assisting with social media and announcement localisations and approvals.
  • Manage all campaign assets (artwork, style guides, POS, pre-sale items, DLC) including localisations, local content creation, and approvals.
  • Communicate marketing strategies to key stakeholders for alignment across the business and working closely with Sales as required to support trade market initiatives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a marketing role, including experience in campaign management.
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related discipline (highly desirable).
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
  • A current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain one.
Salary Package

We offer a competitive salary package in the range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
