About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Year 10 student to join our team as a School-based Trainee in Plumbing Mt Gambier. As a Trainee, you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations, gaining valuable skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody the Reece values and policies, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Complete all requirements of the certificate, including workbooks and on-the-job training and assessments
  • Process sales and manage stock, ensuring accurate and efficient operations
  • Communicate effectively with customers and staff, building strong relationships and product knowledge
  • Contribute to maintaining a high-standard branch environment, ensuring a positive and productive work experience
About You

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn and adapt, and a positive attitude. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is eager to develop your skills and knowledge, we encourage you to apply.

As a School-based Trainee, you will work the equivalent of one and a half days per week, with additional hours available during school holidays. We offer a comprehensive on-the-job training program, providing you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in your career.
