Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst

Calleo Australia is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract. The successful candidate will work closely with our Engagement Lead, Technical Lead, and project management team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed analysis and evaluation of business processes and requirements to create solution designs and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Create and maintain solution documents to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support daily operations and monitor the performance of business solutions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Adhere to delivery and support methodologies and contribute ideas for improvement to enhance our services.
  • Perform detailed technical application assessments to evaluate feasibility, resource effort, risks, and benefits.
  • Conduct testing activities such as test planning, execution coverage reviews, and defect management to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define tasks, resolve issues, solve problems, and ensure effective and timely implementation of projects.
  • Resolve or escalate issues as required and suggest alternative approaches and solutions to meet business needs.
Requirements:
  • Technical systems analyst experience working across a broad range of capabilities such as Applications, Infrastructure, Security, Integration, Dev Sec Ops, CI/CD.
  • Demonstrated systems analyst experience working with a Secrets Management Solution within complex ICT environments, preferably Hashi Corp Vault.
  • Understanding of credential usage in a complex ICT environment, risks relating to the compromise of credentials, and techniques to mitigate risks.
