About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Retail Consultant to join our team in Melbourne CBD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their buying or selling experience with high-value products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build trust and confidence with customers to help them make informed investment decisions
  • Perform manual calculations, stock reconciliation, and cash handling
  • Process transactions using basic computer systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel)
  • In-depth training on customer budgeting and product quality assessment
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and sales support

About You

  • Have strong retail sales and customer service experience
  • Are confident in manual calculations and daily reconciliation tasks, maths skills are essential
  • Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Are comfortable handling stock, cash, and basic computer transactions
  • Possess strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Are eager to learn and grow within a national business expanding across Australia
