  • About the Role: We are seeking a Design Manager to oversee the delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the design process, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clients, design consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to drive successful outcomes.
  • Identify and engage qualified consultants to produce high-quality construction documentation.
  • Coordinate the documentation process, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Manage client relationships throughout the design and construction process, maintaining open communication and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Requirements:
  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years' experience in a Design Management role with a reputable construction company.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in ECI (Early Contractor Involvement) and Tender Phase, as well as Construction & Delivery Phase.
  • Excellent value engineering and buildability skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrated experience in functional briefs, consultant scopes, and engagements.
  • Experience across various building types, with a focus on complex, high-value projects.
