About the Role
We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our team at PARTALE as a Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives that drive revenue, increase customer engagement, and build brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Marketing Plans
- Develop and ensure marketing plans are aligned with objectives and values of the business.
- Advertising and Promotions
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns, promotions, and other marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Digital Marketing
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including website management, social media marketing, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) to expand the online presence of the business.
- Content Creation
- Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality content, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more.
- Brand Identity
- Develop and maintain the brand identity of the business, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
- Community Engagement
- Develop and implement community engagement initiatives to foster positive relationships with local communities and target demographics.
Requirements
- Experience
- 3+ years' experience in a similar market role.
- Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding and success in working with a sales-led business.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with an ability to draw meaningful business insights from data analytics and prepare reporting.
