Job Role

This role involves operating heavy machinery to transport materials in an underground mining environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with UG trucks and a strong focus on safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transporting ore and waste from development areas to designated tipping locations.
  • Operate underground haul trucks, perform routine vehicle inspections, and maintain cleanliness of mobile plant.
  • Support bogger and production teams by maintaining consistent haulage cycles and responding to changing priorities.
Requirements
  • Manual Driver's Licence is essential for this role.
  • 2 years minimum operating experience in underground truck operations is required.
  • Familiarity with underground fleet such as TH663 & Volvo IT.
  • Strong safety mindset and clear communication skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work well in a close-knit team environment.
