About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Scheduler to schedule and/or dispatch work to field staff in accordance with the approved rolling schedule of 2+ weeks, manage in-day jeopardies, and emergency response work priorities while maximizing crew and resource utilization. This is a 7-month fixed-term contract ending in August 2025.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a rolling schedule to dispatch work orders to crews.
- Dispatch work order schedules to crews.
- Plan/schedule the next 2+ weeks of work as required.
- Manage schedule changes.
- Manage in-day jeopardies.
- Conduct job planning activities as required, including:
- Escalating work back to job planning.
- Completing work order finalization activities as required.
- Informing customers and stakeholders on job status.
- Engaging with Works Planning and Field Team to optimize crew utilization, productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.

- Demonstrated ability to schedule and plan resources, including staff, plant, and equipment.
- A high level of skill in problem-solving.
- Highly developed interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
