Your Responsibilities

You will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our menu, wine, and ingredients to confidently guide guests through their dining experience.
  • Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and handle concerns with professionalism and poise.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service and effective communication.
  • Provide a warm and welcoming greeting while maintaining a polished demeanor.
  • Ensure high standards in table settings and final plate presentation.
  • Continuously develop your knowledge of wine, food trends, and service techniques through in-house training.
  • Cater to special occasions and unique accommodations with ease.
  • Juggle multiple tables and orders while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
  • Develop strong relationships with repeat customers, anticipating their preferences and delivering personalized experiences.
  • Work 5 days per week, rotating through weekdays and weekends, lunch and dinner shifts.
  • Deliver exceptional service to high-end clientele in a fast-paced environment.
