Nursing Professional

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated nursing professional to join our clinical team at Respect Aged Care.

The successful candidate will provide safe, competent and contemporary clinical nursing care to residents within the scope of practice as determined by AHPRA.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality patient care and completing assessments and documentation as required.
  • Maintaining staff discipline and providing leadership, support and supervision to Enrolled Nurses and Extended Care Assistants.
  • Ensuring confidentiality on all matters relating to residents and their families at all times.
  • Providing regular reports to management and contributing to the maximisation of income.

Essential Requirements:

Current registration with AHPRA, Bachelor's degree in Nursing, knowledge of Residential Classification Scale and Standards for Aged Care.
