We're looking for a skilled Product Design Manager to lead our eCommerce journey. This role oversees the end-to-end customer experience, from basket through to payments and post-purchase.

About the Role

This is a leadership position where you'll guide the design vision, enable great work to happen, and ensure customers enjoy a seamless and reliable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading, developing, and supporting a high-performing design team
  • Providing clarity, direction and feedback to ensure milestones are met
  • Partnering closely in our triad model with Product and Engineering leaders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience directly managing a design team of 3 or more people
  • Strong background in eCommerce, with a deep understanding of online shopping behaviours and best practice
  • Ability to balance people leadership with strategic design direction
  • Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams with Product and Engineering
