Operations Support Professional

This role is focused on providing direct customer service and operational coordination activities at various mine sites. As an Operations Support Professional, you will work closely with our staff to provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this challenging role.

The Operations Support Professional will be responsible for managing drilling consumables inventories, undertaking daily deliveries and stock replenishment to sites, analyzing and reporting on drilling consumable performance, condition, and failures. Additionally, you will positively engage with our client's mining operators, sort, analyze, record, and recycle used drill bits, and perform timely data entry and record keeping.

  • Managing drilling consumables inventories to underground drill sites
  • Undertaking daily deliveries and stock replenishment to sites (Underground and Surface)
  • Analyzing and reporting on drilling consumable performance, condition, and failures
  • Positively engaging with our client's mining operators
  • Sorting, analyzing, recording, and recycling used drill bits
  • Timely data entry and record keeping

Required skills and qualifications include a valid manual driver's license, ability to safely lift a minimum of 40kgs, work rights, FIFO roster reliability, and a fitness/capacity for work assessment including a drug and alcohol test.
