Lead Research Initiatives in a Prestigious Health PrecinctJoin our dynamic team as we seek an experienced Clinical Trials Manager to lead research initiatives in one of Australia's largest health precincts. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in supporting Western Sydney Local Health District groups.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clinical trial oversight, staff, finances, and data while ensuring compliance with regulations and data accuracy.

You will have the opportunity to support research projects and reporting processes, facilitate participant recruitment and study timelines, and drive successful project outcomes with precision and leadership.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong project management and financial management skills, proficiency in using various clinical trials management software, REDCAP databases, and electronic CRFs.

A tertiary qualification in a related science or healthcare discipline is essential, as is the ability to work autonomously across all aspects of research projects while working within a team environment.

You must also have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and work well with a variety of stakeholders, as well as strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies and risks quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
