Job Description

At Camp Australia, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Outside School Hour Care Educator.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with primary aged children, providing exceptional care and education that complements the school curriculum.

As an Outside School Hour Care Educator, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting children in a safe and nurturing environment.

You will also have the opportunity to prepare and serve healthy food options, building meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and engaging, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality childcare experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support primary aged children during outside school hours
  • Prepare and serve healthy food options
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community
  • Nurture a positive environment for learning and enriching play-based educational experiences
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold relevant certifications, including DCSI, Working with Children Check, First Aid, and CPR.

Additionally, you will need to be available to work Monday to Friday, 6.30am-8:45am and 2:30pm-6:00pm.
