The opportunity exists for a variety of operators to join an organisation undertaking road surfacing work in the Perth metro area and regional locations. This presents an ideal chance to develop new skills and gain experience operating heavy machinery such as rollers and water carts.

Responsibilities will include surface preparation, mobile equipment operation, road repairs, resurfacing, civil construction, and spray sealing tasks.

To be successful, applicants must possess the ability to pass a pre-employment medical examination and drug & alcohol screening, be physically fit, reliable, and punctual. They will also need to be willing to learn and acquire new skills.

A valid HR Drivers License and White Card are required. Previous experience in labouring, spray seal or asphalt application is advantageous.

This role offers full-time employment opportunities with paid penalty rates and ongoing work in the Perth metropolitan area with the possibility of regular DIDO rotations.
