Pet Keepsake Coordinator

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Keepsake Preparation Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping families create lasting memories of their beloved pets.

• Prepare pets for viewing and cremation, ensuring they are presented in a respectful and dignified manner.
• Take clay, ink, and digital paw prints, trimming fur and claws as needed.
• Manage the cool room and pets on hold, liaising with the client care team to ensure timely progress.
• Assist with warehouse duties, including unpacking stock and accepting deliveries.
• Prepare pet ashes for urns, boxes, and jewelry, ensuring they are returned to clients in a timely and respectful manner.

• You have a passion for helping others during difficult times and a compassion for animals.
• You possess emotional intelligence and the ability to handle deceased pets in a professional and compassionate manner.
• You are capable of lifting pets of all sizes using safe lifting procedures and have a strong organizational skillset.
• You have exceptional customer service skills and are an effective communicator.
