The RoleWe are seeking a skilled Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our multi-disciplinary team at our youth-focused clinic in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley.
About You- You will have proven experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health disorders in children and adolescents.
- You will be able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, including GPs, allied health professionals, and external stakeholders.
- You will have a Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) or equivalent.
- Conduct assessments and diagnoses for ASD, ADHD, SLD, and intellectual disability in partnership with our multi-disciplinary team.
- Provide psychiatric advice and support to our GP's regarding medication and treatment for our complex clients.
- Develop and implement integrated models of care, delivering multi-disciplinary treatment and support to highly complex, disadvantaged, and vulnerable young people.
