Personal Care Roles

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care services to residents including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer medications as delegated and complete documentation using our business systems.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other staff members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to each resident's unique needs.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care (attach qualification and transcript to your application).
  • Availability to work various shifts across different days, including weekends.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
  • A valid Police Check for unsupervised care of vulnerable people (not more than 3 years old).
