Senior Laser Cutter

Express Metal Products is seeking an experienced laser operator to complement our team.

We are looking for a senior member of our laser cutting team who has flexibility to work on any of our shifts. The successful candidate will have:

  • A proven track record operating CNC laser cutting plant, preferably with Trumpf Fiber and CO2 lasers.
  • Expertise in material knowledge and cut quality.
  • Hands-on experience with automation technologies, including Trumpf loaders and ERP systems.
  • A strong history as a reliable team player.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining high-tech laser cutting equipment.
  • Supervising and training junior operators.
  • Monitoring and improving production efficiency and cut quality.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve production goals.

Requirements:

  • Degree equivalent or higher.
  • Relevant industry experience (5+ years).
  • In-depth understanding of laser cutting technology.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
