  • Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard, using only the freshest ingredients.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participating in menu development and planning to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to feedback and concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including lunch and dinner services.
