Diverse Community Nursing Opportunities

This role involves delivering high-quality patient care in a community setting. As a Community Registered Nurse, you will work autonomously across a 7 day rotating roster with opportunities for part and full time positions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care to patients in their homes or in the community
- Assess and manage patient conditions including wound care and negative pressure therapy
- Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to meet individual patient needs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care delivery
- Conduct regular health checks and monitor patient progress
- Active AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Recent acute experience in hospital or community settings
- Ability to identify patient deterioration and respond appropriately
- Strong clinical reasoning skills and positive attitude
- Desirable: chronic wound care and negative pressure experience, PICC care and cannulation skills
