Growth Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Growth Marketing Leader to spearhead our global growth marketing strategy and team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and execution of a multi-channel growth strategy, optimizing ROI, and enhancing prospect and customer experience.
This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our Melbourne or Sydney locations, with a focus on scaling conversions and driving customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a global growth and performance marketing strategy and roadmap.
- Be accountable for attracting, winning, and growing our user base.
- Build and develop a high-performing team of growth marketers, establishing a culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, learning, and iteration.
- Execute a multi-channel growth strategy with a strong focus on scaled digital channels and capabilities.
- Partner with Engineering to leverage data and ML-driven techniques to create sequenced and personalized scalable programs and user experiences.
- Collaborate with Product and Strategy & Operations to understand funnel performance, generate ongoing insights, and ideate solutions to optimize the user journey.
- 8+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing automation, lifecycle, and CRM platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of current growth marketing trends and best practices.
- Analytical mindset, with experience leveraging ML/data-driven marketing techniques and making decisions based on data and metrics.
- Experience with A/B testing, user cohorting, and other optimization techniques.
- Ability to build, lead, and develop a team of talented marketers.
- Comfortable across both strategy and execution, owning budgets and outcomes.
