About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Safety Team Lead at Neuron Mobility. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and enhance our incident management process to minimize risks associated with ride incidents.
  • De-escalate situations skillfully and prevent media or council escalation.
  • Develop and execute breach management strategies, including process improvements and automation optimizations.
  • Expertly manage user resolution, guiding team members to understand concepts for effective application.
  • Create and track safety metrics to identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements or drive efficiencies.
  • Independently troubleshoot issues and liaise with internal departments to resolve problems and improve efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with all work streams within the Customer Service department.
  • Foster a culture of open communication by following company guidelines and procedures under minimal supervision.
  • Broaden your expertise on Neuron's service and develop a deep understanding of our products.
  • Troubleshoot issues, manage resolutions systematically, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Customize data requests for safety data, governing quality and control from a business perspective.

  • Excellent negotiation skills with stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, including active listening.
  • Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or de-escalate situations tactfully.
  • Multitasking and time management skills to handle competing priorities.
  • Able to work individually and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Background in Customer Service, Psychology, or similar fields is an advantage.
  • Curious, proactive, and able to think on their feet.
  • Project and process management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with basic logic understanding.
  • Strong managerial skills to ensure high-quality work with scalability.
