We are currently seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Public Area Cleaner. This is an exciting opportunity for a reliable and friendly person to work in the hospitality industry.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of hotel public areas, assisting room attendants as requested, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in public areas
  • Assist room attendants as required to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide excellent guest service, responding promptly to guest requests
  • Maintain the organization and tidiness of guest room pantries and equipment
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Australian working rights
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a rotating roster (minimum 4 days)
