We are seeking charismatic and enthusiastic Seasonal Retail Team Members to join our team in Christchurch. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to creating an engaging and immersive Christmas shopping experience.

What We Offer:

  • A 30% staff discount on full-price items and an additional 15% off reduced items
  • An opportunity to gain invaluable retail experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Candidates with extensive availability over the Christmas period will be reviewed favourably

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a seamless point-of-sale experience
  • Assist with operational tasks such as unpacking and replenishing stock
  • Contribute to visual merchandising to maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional customer experience

  • A positive attitude, confidence, and a can-do approach in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate efficiently with colleagues
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends during peak trading periods
