Belgravia Leisure is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our facility, with a strong focus on safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring a high level of service delivery and safety standards are maintained.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve excellent customer service and safety outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and management experience, with a proven track record of inspiring and motivating teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of OHS and public safety principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate.
  • National Police Check.
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
  • Current Pool Operations Certificate.
