Senior Geriatric Occupational Therapist

For those passionate about geriatrics and dementia, we have an exciting opportunity to enhance patient outcomes within a specialist unit.
The occupational therapists in this unit play a pivotal role in care planning, behavioral support, discharge planning, equipment provision, ADL support, and supportive practices.
- We are seeking a skilled and motivated occupational therapist with a passion for leadership and clinical excellence.
- As a senior occupational therapist, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your expertise and autonomy in decision-making, contributing significantly to our mission of enhancing patient outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Provide high-level professional judgment, clinical reasoning, and skills to the clinical management of patients with significant levels of complexity.
- Work with a broad and diverse range of multidisciplinary health professionals within a large healthcare system.
- Provide clinical leadership, education, coordination, and support for patients, staff, and agencies.
