**Financial Accountability Regime Leadership Role**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Financial Accountability Regime (FAR) initiative. As the Head of this regime, you will be responsible for ensuring our organization's compliance with FAR standards.

This is a leadership role that requires strong expertise in law, governance, and risk management. You will be expected to administer and maintain our FAR framework, enhance training and advisory support for senior executives and directors, and identify potential breaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for maintaining our FAR framework;
  • Enhance training programs for senior executives and directors on FAR requirements;
  • Coordinate investigations into potential FAR breaches;

Requirements:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in law, business, or a related field;
  • No less than 10 years of experience in law, governance, accountability regimes, compliance, or risk management;
  • Extensive experience working in large financial services organizations or highly regulated entities;
  • Able to influence and build trust with senior leaders;
  • High-level problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
