About the Role
  • Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients with various types of cancer
  • Supervise and guide nursing team members to ensure effective patient care delivery
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop personalized care plans
  • Clinical Expertise: Stay current with best practices, research findings, and new technologies to deliver exceptional care
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Foster a culture of teamwork, mentorship, and open communication to promote excellence in oncology care
  • Quality Improvement: Analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or higher degree qualification
  • Current Registration with AHPRA and relevant certifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in oncology nursing, with a focus on patient-centered care and quality improvement
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
