We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR professional to join our dynamic team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the induction process for new starters, overseeing selected HR processes, and monitoring staff reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the company
  • Oversee HR processes, including skills development, training, and compliance
  • Monitor and coordinate staff reviews, check-ins, and training sessions
  • Actively promote a positive company culture, aligning with our core values
  • Coordinate training and social events that enhance teamwork and collaboration
  • E nsure award compliance and maintain accurate records
  • Manage HR administration tasks, including timesheet management
