We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a busy level 3 Intensive Care Unit.
This is an exciting opportunity for a nursing professional to make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families, while also enjoying flexible rostering and work-life balance.
About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse in this ICU, you will be part of a supportive team environment that prioritizes patient care and safety.
Our unit offers an excellent mix of acute patients and provides the full spectrum of services, including ECMO, in a brand new environment with state-of-the-art equipment and wonderful work spaces designed for great patient care.
- Registered Nurse with APHRA
- A minimum of two years of ICU nursing experience and a keen attitude to learn
- ALS accreditation
- Kindness and respect for colleagues and patients alike
- The ability to work proficiently and in an organized manner during periods of high demand and activity
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills
- A desire to contribute to a mission-based organization that cares for others
- A valid authority to work in Australia
