Job Title: Security Team Members

About the Role:

This is a part-time opportunity for experienced retail security officers to join our team. You will provide security services at Macquarie Shopping Centre, supporting tenants, guests, and visitors.

Your key responsibilities will include building relationships with key tenants, managing access, responding to client requests, ensuring site safety and security, and managing emergency situations.

Requirements:
  • Current NSW Full Security Licence, including crowd control where applicable
  • Apply First Aid Certificate
  • Provide a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
  • Previous experience in Retail Security is preferred
  • Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • The confidence and ability to take ownership of the service delivery which comes under your control
  • The ability to complete reports using various platforms
  • Excellent presentation, well-groomed and corporate-appropriate
  • High-level problem-solving skills
  • Ability to respond to emergency situations
  • Valid work rights in Australia
  • Ability to work shifts up to 12 hours
