Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the strategic direction of our Service Planning and Coordination function. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of community-based care programs across the Settlement Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of community-based care programs
  • Lead the growth and strategic direction of the Service Planning and Coordination function
  • Drive service innovation and create meaningful impact within culturally diverse communities
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in social work, Community Development or Business-related field, along with proven experience in leadership and or strategic management, minimum of 3 years' experience in service planning and coordination, and demonstrated understanding of the Settlement & Integration Outcomes Framework.
