About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PCA to join our team at Regis East Malvern. As a PCA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as personal care, grooming, and oral care.
- Provide social and emotional support to residents, engaging them in lifestyle activities and promoting their mental and emotional well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver exceptional service and make a positive impact on our community.
- Complete incident reports, care documentation, and participate in Work Health and Safety programs.
Requirements
- Cert III or higher in Individual Support or related studies.
- Experience in a personal care role in aged care (desirable).
- Commitment to a holistic care approach and supporting residents to achieve their goals and support their needs.
