About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled SAP professional who can provide expert advice on the management and maintenance of SAP platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring the provision and support of the Agency's SAP platforms, including daily system health checks, troubleshooting, and resolving issues impacting SAP landscapes.

You will also be required to monitor database load, activities, and take preventive measures to avoid high response times. Additionally, you will provide assistance during system patching and kernel upgrades, as well as perform daily health checks and on-demand tasks in the HANA environment.

Selection Criteria
  • Demonstrated SAP BASIS experience in a large and complex environment.
  • Experience with multiple SAP Technologies, such as CRM, PSCD, ERP, Java, HANA, etc.
  • Experience with Implementing Early Watch Alert Recommendations.
  • Experience with SAP ABAP and HANA performance tuning.
  • Experience with Incident Resolution and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Knowledge of SAP System Upgrade and associated tasks.
  • Experience with HANA & DB2 as the database platform for SAP Applications.
