Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Brand Manager, leading key marketing initiatives for the BioPharma range. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing brand and marketing plans, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to progress value-adding services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans that maximize sales and drive business growth
  • Conduct market research to inform brand strategies and campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to progress value-adding services
  • Lead the product management for the BioPharma range, including liaising with technical and R&D colleagues
  • Lead pricing reviews and budget forecasting for the portfolio
  • Work with sales, marketing, and key account teams to plan and implement marketing activities
  • Liaise with internal departments and agencies to develop marketing material
  • Plan, coordinate, and participate in trade and consumer promotional events

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary education in marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years' experience managing brands and developing marketing plans
  • Experience in an Animal Health business or a knowledge of animal farming systems
  • Demonstrated experience developing and using market research and data to build marketing insights
  • Able to collaborate with other departments in a team setting
